Some notes: this video is not meant to be comprehensive. There are many other giant robots and objects out there. And yes, we are all aware that Elder God Demonbane is bigger than anything on this list. However, that mech, being infinite, cannot be said to have a quantifiable size, and therefore cannot be scaled against other mecha, which is what this video is doing. Hatsune Miku is used as the standard human height for perspective.
