Because PC-98 touhou's world view is much different with touhou today, even each touhou title has a little deviation in setting, they plan to collect all ZUN's touhou settings, and let PC-98 touhou character meet WINDOWS touhou character. This kind of story would make for an unexpected fresh storyline which hasn't been done much before and will be interesting.
