You can hear Ace only in the first part (their childhood) in the other part he can't hear his voice. There are a lot of amvs with Ace's last words, I knowingly didn't use them, don't worry I didn't forgot them. if I used his last words it would destroy the fact that everything happened really fast... so this amv have to end really fast, too! (you almost don't register it).. It was my intent!
